Handpicked by Stanford d.school and The Hasso Plattner Institute, Jon is a renowned advocate for Design Thinking and believes it can help uplift every Malaysian to make real change.

Who will be facilitating my child?
We have a team of energetic individuals who will be chaperoning the teens 24/7.
IS THIS WORKSHOP SOLELY RUN WITH CLASSROOM LEARNING? OR WILL THERE BE ANY PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES?
Design Thinking For Youths is a learning-based workshop filled with mental and physical exercises to constantly engage Young Makers. Their learning potential will be boosted with tons of hands-on activities to constantly provide them experiential learning, and create a long-lasting, fun and meaningful experience.
what if my child has special dietary requirements?
Please inform us of any food allergies or special dietary requirements your child may have two week prior to the Summer Camp for accommodations to be made.
WHAT DOES THE FEE COVER?
The payment of RM499 in fees will cover the following:
● Venue for Design Thinking Workshop in Kuala Lumpur
● Meals during the workshop including Breakfast, Lunch and Tea in Kuala Lumpur.
The fees do not cover admission fees / tickets during trips and excursions, shopping excursions, or other personal expenses. You will be advised on a minimum amount of allowance to be provided to your child during workshop.

What IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE WORKSHOP? wheN DO I PICK UP OR DROP OFF MY CHILD?
On both days in Kuala Lumpur, participants may be dropped off as early as 8:45AM to 9:30AM at Me.Reka Makerspace, Publika KL. The workshop will end at 5PM, and are advised to be picked up from the time onward. Guardians will be advised with contact details if there are any changes.
DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT TO THE WORKSHOP?
Young Makers are encouraged to not bring any additional gadgets, electronics, or digital equipment with them for the workshop. All they need to bring is their enthusiasm and great ideas! We encourage hands-on engagement during activities in the real world space as much as possible.
