× APPROACH

Understand deeply. Build fast.

01

Discover

Interview real users and experts. See the problem as they live it.

02

Define

Turn what you heard into insights and sharp "How Might We" questions.

03

Ideate

Everyone sketches. The team votes. No debates, no groupthink.

04

Prototype

Build a rough version in hours, not weeks. Done is better than perfect.

05

Put it in front of five real users. Keep what works. Fix what doesn't.

× YOUR TRAINER

Marcus designs it, runs it, and stays in the room.

Marcus Koh has spent 14 years as a hands-on design thinking and design sprint practitioner — on top of 20 years in corporate and entrepreneurial life, including Accenture, Talent2 and TIME. He teaches the method in plain business terms, because he has sat on your side of the table.

He has run programmes for teams at Alliance Bank, Axiata, Gamuda, Kimberly-Clark, Maxis, TNB and UEM Edgenta — and taken his own design projects into the interiors of East Malaysia, working with NGOs and marginalised communities.

Every programme starts from your brief. Every session is facilitated by Marcus himself — never handed to a junior trainer.
