The world as we know it is changing rapidly because of the 4th industrial revolution.
Over the course of my work, the hiring landscape is fast evolving with traditional businesses disrupted by scalable technology and the emergence of jobs that never existed 10 years before. Social media, our pervasive use of the internet and our reliance on digital gadgets to remain "plugged in" have changed the way we search, consume and retain information to how we interact with the people around us - thereby altering our behaviour compared to the yesteryears.
What does this all mean then? Reports, news, industrial and social trends, opinion pieces and personal views suggest the following:

- Change of how we learn and work and the creation of new jobs that never existed before
