Positive X Asia values your privacy and works hard to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use your personal data. 

For the purpose of this Privacy Notice, please note that:  
  • “Positive X“ refers to (Positive X Sdn Bhd), its branches, representatives, affiliates, associated and related companies and their respective officers, servants, agents, whether situated in or outside Malaysia. 
  • “We / Ours/ Us” refers to Positive X. 
  • “Services” refers to camps, workshops, training or any other event organised by Positive X.

What personal information do We collect from the people that visit Our website?
Personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card information and other details from which an individual may be identified (“Personal Data”) may be collected, held on computers and/or in documents, used, disclosed and otherwise processed by Us or our employees, representatives and affiliates to enable Us to enhance your experience with Positive X.

When do We collect information?
We collect Personal Data from you when you register on Our site or use other features of Our site which would require you to provide Us your Personal Data (for e.g. by filling out a form, entering information or making a purchase via Our site), subscribe to Our newsletters, or respond to Our surveys or marketing communication.

How do We use your information?
The Personal Data collected will be used or otherwise processed by Us for the following purposes:
  • To personalize your experience and to allow Us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.
  • To allow Us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. 

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Do We use 'cookies'?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. We may share your Personal Data with Our affiliates, commercial partners, regulatory authorities, Our professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, accountants or consultants, Our website hosting partners, third parties to whom We outsource certain business operations, third parties who assist Us in operating Our site or serve Our users and any other contractors or subcontractors as required or permitted by law or as we may determine to be necessary or appropriate . We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect Our or others' rights, property or safety.

Personal Data of Minors Under 18
As some of our marketing campaigns may be targeted towards children under 18, We would like to assure parents that We adhere to the following tenants as part of our privacy policy:
  • We will not require a child to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity.
  • Parents can review their child's personal information, direct us to delete it, and refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child's information.
  • Parents can agree to the collection and use of their child's information, but still not allow disclosure to third-parties unless it is part of the Service We render.
  • Parents can, delete, manage or refuse with whom their child's information is shared through calling our support number, or contacting us directly at PDPA@positivex.asia.
  • We will notify parents directly before collecting Personal Data of their children. Also, if there is no consent given by a parent within a reasonable time for the processing of his or her child’s Personal Data, We will delete the parent's and child's contact information and Personal Data from Our records.

Rights of Access to Your Personal Data
You have the right to request in writing, access to and correction of your Personal Data or Personal Data of the minor(s) under your legal care, as the case may be, held by Us and you may make any enquiries or complaints in respect of such Personal Data by contacting Us at +603 2724 2532 or emailing Us at PDPA@positivex.asia.

If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can follow the instructions at the bottom of Our email to you or contact Us via the contact details above. 

Failure to Supply Personal Data or Other Information
You may decide whether to provide your Personal Data or Personal Data of the minor under your legal care, as the case may be, to Us. However, if you choose not to do so, We may not be able to provide you with Our full Services as requested. 

We reserve the right to update and amend this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of any amendments to this Privacy Notice via announcements on Our website or via other appropriate means. If We amend this Privacy Notice, the amendment will only apply to Personal Data collected after We post the revised Privacy Notice.
