On the 21st of September, we ran one of our public Design Thinking workshops at Me.reka Makerspace in Publika with an uplifted and updated syllabus! It was an exciting experience for the team as it felt like our first time doing it. Before this, we were teaching the philosophy of human-centered design. But now, we talk about business and technology viability, which we believe would benefit our participants even more! Just a bit of insight, our design challenge for the day was "Redesigning the Coffee Experience for Independent Coffee Shops in Publika." As coffee drinkers ourselves, we were pretty excited to facilitate our participants' ideas and activities. They came up with a few great designs for products and services, can you guess what they were? :D Here are some pics from the Saturday! UPDATE: We'll be moving our next public workshop from the 13th to the 20th of October. There are still slots available for anyone who is interested in going on a design journey with us! :)
